We welcome you to our rental platform and are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the terms and conditions for using the platform, detailing the responsibilities and rights related to data collection, use, and protection.
Only individuals with legal capacity and authority to contract and sign rental agreements and make payments are allowed to use the platform.
The client is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided during registration.
The client bears all consequences resulting from providing incorrect, incomplete, or false information.
The client is responsible for all activities and transactions performed through their account.
The client acknowledges their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of account information.
Making a payment during booking does not constitute final confirmation.
All bookings are subject to review by the companies “Kamalek” and “Wajhat.” If a request is rejected, the booking will be canceled, and the full amount will be refunded.
Clients must complete payment within 24 to 48 hours of booking.
Failure to pay within the specified period results in automatic cancellation, and the rental platform bears no responsibility for any resulting consequences.
Clients may cancel bookings and receive a refund in certain cases, provided a site inspection has been completed without fraud or misunderstanding.
All payments are non-refundable once the rental contract is officially documented.
Rental agreements must be documented within 7 days of payment.
If not documented within this period, the booking will be canceled, and an administrative fee will be deducted from the paid amount.
The client may not use the rented unit for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
The client is solely responsible for any violations or misconduct occurring in the unit.
If any part of these terms becomes legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply and remain binding.
The client acknowledges and agrees that third-party companies may carry out aspects of the rental agreement or business activities without prior notice to the rental platform.
The platform is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from third-party reports or actions (e.g., financial or compensation claims during closure periods).
A 10% administrative and follow-up fee is applied to the value of the rented unit and is transferred to Wajhat’s account.
Payment of this fee does not guarantee unit booking if rental conditions are not met or if the client (e.g., Kadenah) rejects the rental for reasons deemed to conflict with public interest.
If the rental is not completed for reasons unrelated to the tenant’s delay, the administrative and follow-up fees will be refunded within 10 business days.
If the rental contract is uploaded to the Ejar platform and the tenant fails to pay within the platform’s specified timeframe, the administrative and follow-up fees become non-refundable.
